These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and atom66. By accessing or using any part of the atom66 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all terms set out below. Please read this document carefully before placing your first deposit.

These terms govern your entire relationship with atom66 — from account creation through to withdrawal of winnings. The six areas below summarise the most important obligations and protections for every member.
You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age to open an account on atom66. We apply mandatory KYC checks and reserve the right to request proof of age at any time.
All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). atom66 supports BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timelines stated in Clause 6.
All promotions are subject to wagering requirements and validity periods published at the time of the offer. atom66 does not retroactively change active bonus conditions. Misuse of bonuses constitutes a breach of these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. atom66 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication. Sharing or selling accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination.
Fraudulent activity, arbitrage betting, collusion, use of automated betting software, money laundering, and multi-accounting are all strictly prohibited. Violations result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings assigned to them below, unless context requires otherwise.

To open and maintain an Account on atom66, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

You may only register and maintain one Account with atom66. Opening multiple Accounts, whether under the same name or different names, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. atom66 reserves the right to close duplicate Accounts and void all transactions on such Accounts without notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other account credentials. You agree not to share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been conducted by you, and you will be liable for all such activity.
atom66 strongly recommends that you enable two-factor authentication (2FA) to enhance the security of your Account. Instructions for enabling 2FA are available in your Account settings. While 2FA is optional, it provides significant additional protection against unauthorised access.
atom66 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. To this end, we require all Members to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be asked to provide:
atom66 may request KYC documents at any time, including (but not limited to) at the time of registration, before processing your first withdrawal, or if unusual betting patterns are detected. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 calendar days may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of pending withdrawals.
All KYC documents are handled in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are encrypted, stored securely, and accessed only by authorised personnel. atom66 does not sell or share your identity documents with third parties, except where required by law or regulatory mandate.
atom66 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels:
The minimum deposit is Rp 10.000 (ten thousand Rupiah). Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit. atom66 does not charge any transaction fees on deposits.
E-wallet deposits are typically credited to your Account balance within 2 minutes. Bank transfers may take up to 15 minutes during business hours (00.00 – 24.00 WIB), and up to 60 minutes during peak traffic periods or outside standard banking hours.
All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name. atom66 strictly prohibits third-party deposits. If we detect that funds have been deposited from an account not registered to you, we reserve the right to reverse the deposit, suspend your Account, and report the transaction to relevant authorities.
You may withdraw your Real Money Funds at any time by submitting a withdrawal request through your Account dashboard. Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name and verified during the KYC process.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 (fifty thousand Rupiah). Requests below this threshold will be rejected.
Withdrawals requested during Indonesian public holidays (e.g., Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day on 17 August, Nyepi, Christmas) may experience slight delays but will be processed within one business day of the holiday's conclusion.
Any Bonus Funds credited to your Account must meet the stated Wagering Requirement before they can be withdrawn. The Wagering Requirement is clearly stated in the terms of each promotion. Only Real Money Funds are eligible for immediate withdrawal (subject to the minimum withdrawal threshold).
atom66 reserves the right to request KYC documents before processing any withdrawal, especially for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding Rp 10.000.000 (ten million Rupiah). Failure to provide requested documents within 14 days will result in withdrawal cancellation and Account suspension.
In compliance with international AML standards, withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically feasible. If you have deposited via multiple channels, withdrawals will be processed proportionally to match the deposit sources.
atom66 periodically offers bonuses, promotions, and other incentives to Members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, including (but not limited to) Wagering Requirements, validity periods, eligible games, and maximum bet limits.
Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to Members who have completed KYC verification and who have not previously violated these Terms. atom66 reserves the right to exclude any Member from bonus eligibility at its sole discretion, particularly if bonus abuse is suspected.
Bonus abuse includes (but is not limited to): creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly, exploiting technical errors, arbitrage betting on bonus funds, or any other conduct intended to gain an unfair advantage from promotional offers. Members found guilty of bonus abuse will forfeit all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom, and may face permanent Account closure.
atom66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with or without prior notice. However, any bonus that has already been credited to a Member's Account will remain subject to the original terms under which it was granted.
All bets are subject to acceptance by atom66. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our sole discretion, particularly if we suspect fraudulent activity, technical error, or unusual betting patterns. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed in your Account history, it becomes a binding contract between you and atom66.
Bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant sports federation, league, or game provider. In the event of disputes, atom66's decision is final. Settlement times vary by sport and event but are typically completed within 24 hours of the event's conclusion.
If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before completion, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes refunded to your Account balance, unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours of the original start time.
Live (in-play) betting is available on selected events. Odds and markets are updated in real time. Due to the fast-paced nature of live betting, there may be a slight delay between your bet placement and acceptance. atom66 is not liable for any delay or failure to accept live bets caused by internet latency or platform performance issues.
atom66 reserves the right to impose maximum winning limits on certain bet types or events. These limits are published in advance where applicable. Any winnings exceeding the stated maximum will be forfeited.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the atom66 platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all funds (including Real Money Funds), and potential referral to law enforcement authorities:
All content on the atom66 platform, including (but not limited to) text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, software, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of atom66 or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any content obtained from the atom66 platform without our express written permission.
atom66 makes every effort to ensure that the Platform is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for any downtime, maintenance periods, or technical issues beyond our reasonable control.
The Platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. atom66 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the Platform for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, atom66 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including (but not limited to) loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
In no event shall atom66's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms exceed the total amount you have deposited into your Account during the 12 months preceding the claim.
atom66 respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. All personal information collected during registration, KYC verification, and Account operation is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
By accepting these Terms, you consent to the collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You also consent to the transfer of your data to third-party service providers (e.g., payment processors, KYC verification partners) where necessary to provide the services you have requested.
atom66 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date" at the top of the document. Material changes will be communicated to Members via email or in-platform notification.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming industry standards and best practices. Where applicable, the laws of the jurisdiction in which atom66 holds its operational license shall apply.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting atom66 customer support at the email address provided in Clause 15. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit against atom66.
